How to Get Started

To begin the sponsorship or exhibitor process, please register as a “New User.” Sponsorship and exhibitor options and pricing are outlined below.

Exhibitor and Sponsorship Levels:

Includes:

Sponsorship Opportunities

A variety of sponsorship levels are available, ranging from $1,000 to $25,000, offering flexible options for visibility and engagement. Luncheon & Venue Sponsor — $25,000

  • Dedicated 1 hour and 15 minute luncheon for attendees and exhibitors

Custom notepads watermarked with your company logo, distributed in conference bags and session rooms.

Hand Sanitizers in Conference Rooms — $5,000

Branded hand sanitizer stations placed in conference rooms for frequent attendee use. Sponsorship includes production coordinated by the Consortium.

Conference Pens — $2,500

Company-branded pens distributed at registration and used throughout the conference—an attendee favorite that travels home.

Company Logo Placement — $1,000

Includes company logo in the program agenda.

Hotel Room Block

The Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers has secured a discounted room rate of $249 per night at the Grand Hyatt Denver. The hotel booking link will be included in your confirmation email. Once the room block is filled, the group rate will no longer be available.
